<br/>	Octavi Rumbau Masgrau was born in Barcelona in 1980. He studied at the conservatories of Barcelona and Badalona, where he graduated in composition, musical theory and piano. He studied composition with Enric Palomar. Between 2001 and 2004, he participated in the composition courses of the Ecole Normale de Musique de Paris with Yoishihisa Ta&iuml;ra. In 2004/05, he continued his Studies at the ESMUC in Barcelona with Agust&iacute; Charles. He received the composition award at the 25&egrave; Concurs de Joves Compositors Frederic Mompou 2004 de Barcelona as well as at the 1er Concurs de Composici&oacute; Dolors Calvet i Prats 2008. In 2007, Octavi Rumbau Masgrau was accepted at the National Conservatory of Paris, where he currently continues his composition studies with Fr&eacute;d&eacute;ric Durieux. He has been commissioned works by Grup XXI, by the harpist Mercedes G&oacute;mez Benet and by Barcelona 216. 	Located in the very heart of the old town of Barcelona, DINSIC Publicacions Musicals, SL was found in 1988 by Francesca Galofr&eacute; Mora as a response to her great pedagogical vocation and with the aim of disseminating knowledge and musical production.<br />

	Today, with more than twenty years of constant work, the publishing company devotes itself to promoting the publication of several books and materials destined to musical education in all its fields: music schools and conservatories, school in all its levels and university.<br />

	Its collection includes scores ranging from solo parts, literature for chamber ensembles and orchestras to the great symphonic repertoire, as well as works for choir in all its formations. Some of these collections include publications of critical studies in several languages.</div>
