Cantata for children choir, narrator, diverse characters (Narrator, Till Eulenspiegel, People, Baker, Thin thief, Fat thief), instrumental band and piano, on a popular German tale, which allows a possible mimics performance.
Though it is written for one, two and three voices, it does not have a high difficulty level that makes it impossible. Furthermore, the fact that many numbers are repeated will make one of the small obstacles for the person who prepares it to be the volume of the lyrics with the same music. For this, we suggest never forgetting the story in order to locate the songs this way.
The composer himself proposes six ways of playing, according to our resources.
