(Songbook 1)Collection of six songs for one voice and piano, based on texts by Miquel Desclot.
These melodies are very appropriate for choral groups formed by children between the ages of eight and ten years. They are all unison songs, except one which has optionally a second voice. There is a clear predominance of central tessituras and there are no excessively long phrases. The piano accompaniments are conceived for experienced pianists: they are complex at times and seek to compensate for the simplicity of the melodies, lending them an attractively contrasting musical setting.
