The responsory that we are publishing is a work in which homophonic polychoral fragments alternate with fragments in four counterpoint voices.
The manuscript is kept in the Music Section of the Library of Catalonia, catalogued under sig. M 734/7. There are 12 210x310-mm pages with the parts of: 1st Soprano choir in 8, 1st Alto choir in 8, 1st Tenor choir in 8, 1st Bass choir in 8, 2nd Soprano choir in 8, 2nd Alto choir in 8, 2nd Tenor choir in 8, 2nd Bass choir in 8, 1st Violin in 8, 2nd Violin in 8, Acomp. continuo in 8.
