DIÀLEG [DIALOGUE] suggests a musical encounter between friends: a piano and an accordion, so close and so different at the same time. In chamber music literature, it has always been a problem resolving differential matters such as the volumes of sound and the fusion of timbres. The present piece recognizes the qualities of both instruments and establishes a natural and fluent conversation between them using a very close harmonic language, in which their peculiar textures really acquire the shape of a DIALOGUE.
