On April 1, 1995 the choir 'Irmandade A Nosa Galiza' in the town of Mollet organized a choir competition called 'Mollet a Capella 95'. It was sponsored by the Town Hall. Six of the winning choirs later went on to compete in another choral festival in Can Tonigrós where they preformed several unpublished pieces.
We thought it would be a good idea to add these pieces to the wider repertory of available choir music. The people behind this endeavour expected nothing in return, but have, nevertheless, rendered a great service to choir music. It is with this in mind that we now publish these pieces in commemoration of the 10th anniversary of the original event.
